You Were Not Made To Live Someone Else's Highlight Reel

Here is something worth sitting with this evening.

The version of someone else's life that triggers your FOMO is not even real.

It is a moment. A caption. A carefully chosen angle on a much more complicated story. And you are comparing your entire interior world to their exterior presentation.

That is not a fair comparison.

Underneath the comparison is something worth getting curious about.

Because FOMO is rarely about the thing you think you are missing. It is almost always a symptom of something quieter. A place where you have not yet fully trusted yourself. A part of your own path you have not fully claimed. A voice inside you that has not yet been given enough room to speak.

What if the scroll that triggers you is actually pointing you back inward?

What if the twinge of FOMO is not evidence that you are behind, but an invitation to get more aligned with what is actually true for you?

You were not made to live someone else's highlight reel. You were made to live your own story, fully and without apology.

Today, one thing to say to yourself and mean it:

I trust what is mine to find me when I am aligned with who I actually am.

💬 What is one thing about your own path, your own work, your own life, that you have not been giving enough credit to lately?

Say it here.

Out loud.
